Registration and Login

I cannot log in.

Make sure you have the latest version of Friendd, be connected to the internet (wifi / 3G / 4G), be sure your Facebook account is always active and your username and password are correct. Disconnect-Facebook via the application and your web browser, the latter must allow cookies, then try to reconnect.

If the problem persists, try again later, it is usually temporary. On the other hand, to ensure the quality and timeliness of your request, log on via Facebook, below this page, to access our Customer Service contact form. Here, write your email address and select the reason for your problem.


I am connected with a Facebook account that is not mine.

Log out Facebook via the app and your web browser, then log back in with your account Facebook. Your web browser must allow cookies.


I lost my Facebook ID or password.

Without your Facebook information, we are unfortunately unable to give you access to your account Friendd. To help you, we invite you to consult the link to Facebook FAQ. Do not hesitate to come back from the Friendd community as soon as you get access to Facebook.


My informations

My Facebook information (age, first name, gender) are incorrect.

When you sign up, Friendd retrieves data from your Facebook account to create your profile. If your first name, age or gender is wrong, go to your Facebook page and update the "About -General information and contact details ". Then, go to your Friendd profile, click on the wrong information to access to the "Synchronize via Facebook" button.


Cross-Profiles

I don't see anybody.

Make sure you have the latest version of the application, that your preferences are well defined in the section "My preferences" of your account, that your age is correct, make sure you have an Internet connection and geolocation is on. Afterwards, we invite you to restart the application by having it beforehand closed. If the problem persists, restart your phone.

I don't see people in the right place.

Your phone may not have updated its position correctly. Make sure you have the last version of the application, that your Friendd account is not connected to multiple devices, an internet connection and geolocation on. Afterwards, we invite you to restart the application in having previously closed it. If the problem persists, restart your phone

A message does not appear when I have received a notification.

If you do not see a message again and do not appear on the "Messages" page, the person may blocked you, disabled or deleted its Friendd account. To be sure, we invite you to restart the application having previously closed it, and to check again.
